What to expect
Sending a spreadsheet as a PDF means people see your numbers exactly as intended, without accidentally editing a formula or needing Excel. It's the usual format for invoices, budgets, timesheets and reports.
The conversion follows each sheet's print settings: print area, orientation, scaling and repeated header rows. If a wide sheet splits across pages, set it to landscape or 'fit to page width' in Excel before converting.
Formulas are calculated and shown as their results. Charts and cell colors are kept.
Tip: set the print area in Excel to just the range you want to share, and hidden rows and columns stay hidden in the PDF too.

Why is my sheet split over several pages?
The sheet is wider than a page. In Excel, set the page to landscape or fit to one page wide, save, and convert again.
Are all sheets included?
Yes. Every visible sheet is included in order. Hide the sheets you don't want before converting.
Will formulas show in the PDF?
The PDF shows the calculated results, just like a printout. The formulas themselves stay in your spreadsheet.
Do charts and colors survive?
Yes. Charts, cell fills, borders and number formats are kept in the PDF.
