Refunds

If a conversion didn't turn out the way you needed, you can get your money back.

How to get a refund

• Use the Refund button on the receipt shown after your download. It works for 7 days after purchase.
• Closed the page? Email support@pdfcanary.com with the date, amount and the last four digits of your card, and we'll refund you.

Refunds go back to the card or wallet you paid with and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

When you refund a conversion that ran on our server, any remaining copy of the file is deleted immediately.
