How to use JPG to PDF on Windows
- Click the button and select your photos in File Explorer; hold Ctrl to pick several at once.
- Wait a moment while the file is converted.
- Download the PDF. On Windows it goes to your Downloads folder, which you can open from File Explorer's left sidebar.
Can Windows do this on its own?
Select the photos in File Explorer, right-click, choose Print, then pick Microsoft Print to PDF. It works, but it adds margins and can crop photos; this tool keeps each photo at full size on its own page.
Opening the result on Windows
Your PDF is saved to your Downloads folder, which you can open from File Explorer's left sidebar. Double-click it: Microsoft Edge opens PDFs by default and can highlight, fill forms and add notes.
